NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is a precursor to the anti-aging coenzyme NAD+, and increases it's production. NAD+ is used by over 500 different enzymes and is a central regulator of many major biological processes. As we age NAD+ levels decrease throughout the body leading to less than optimal functioning of these processes.
